These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tsukurio website, content, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for all activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Some features or content require payment processed by Stripe. By submitting a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the applicable amounts, including taxes where required. Prices and offerings may change at any time.
Access to paid content is granted to your account. We may provide limited free previews (for example, viewing a subset of layers in the visualizer) before purchase.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non‑commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
If you upload or submit content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so and that your content does not infringe the rights of others. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service.
You agree not to: attempt to access the Service using any method other than our publicly supported interfaces; interfere with or disrupt the Service; upload malware; reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service; or use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Tsukurio and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of their respective owners. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB and is not affiliated with Tsukurio.
We rely on third parties to operate the Service, including Vercel (hosting and delivery), Supabase (authentication), and Stripe (payments). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tsukurio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tsukurio and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time with or without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or for operational reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Tsukurio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction will lie in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
